Brenda West

Brenda West -  has been quilting since 1989 and sewing since 1970.  Her interest in quilting started when she was overseas in the Philippines. She attended a craft show and she saw her first puff quilts.  They were too hot for the Philippines but great for Korea and Japan.  Brenda says she enjoys all phases of quilting, piecing, appliqué and hand quilting.  Her use of fabrics range from calicos to ethnic, traditional, scrappy, foundation piecing, stencils and other mediums such as hair, raffia, beads and ribbons.
